With the learning crisis, LEADS EH had to adjust with the situation where physical events and personal interactions were not an option. From web-based seminars and symposiums to online launches, presentations and certifications the Elevate team composed of its CEO, Ms. Caren M. Baisas and the Technical and Sales & Marketing team – they were able to reach technicians, business owners and company decision-makers to act fast and continue to sharpen their skills and knowledge about their responsibilities to their respective companies, employers/employees, clients/customers and to the industry, in general.
Moreover, Ms. Caren M. Baisas has also high involvements to pest control organization in asserting the relevance of learning by leading as a director, and committee chair for education, training and awards to name a few.
